Tuition and Refunds

Overseas Students -  If you wish to find the equivalent of the United States Dollar amounts to other currencies, please use the Currency Converter website.  This website can provide the conversion for 164 currencies. Overseas students must enroll early to qualify! Review AGS Admissions requirements! Deadlines may be extended for you if you provide notice, otherwise a late fee applies.

Application - There is no fee to apply to Adizes Graduate School.

Registration - The Registration fee is a one time, non-refundable charge of $100.00 USD due with tuition for your first class.  Those who register late (without notice) will be charged an additional $250 fee to expedite their enrollment for the first class only.

Books - Three books are shipped to each student free of charge with confirmation of enrollment: Mastering Change, Managing Corporate Lifecycles, and Spiral Dynamics. All other books and materials are the responsibility of the individual student.

Tuition -   Tuition for the online academic program courses is $2,000 USD per class. Up to 50% of tuition may be waived for students participating in the Assistantship (work/study) Program. Online Course Delivery - Additional costs include access fees at $25 per month, or partial month, that you are participating in an online course. This ranges from $75-100. per online academic classes. All offline materials not supplied by faculty, journal subscriptions and equipment requirements are the responsibility of each individual student. All above costs are payable when you enroll. 

Santa Barbara Sessions - On-site sessions in the online programs are optional with the exception of a presentation before the Doctoral Committee. The Clinical Programs require on-site classes and the Clinical program pages should be referenced for details. Read the description of each session In Santa Barbara. There will be no additional tuition costs for conferences, no extra charge for materials. Everything is included in the regular tuition fee. Students are responsible for room, board and travel related expenses. Estimated minimum cost is $150/day while in Santa Barbara.

Refund Policies

Students in all programs may withdraw and receive a full refund either on or prior to the first day of class less the $100 registration fee for the first class. 

All students who withdraw from the AGS programs after the first day of an online class or laboratory session are entitled to pro-rated refunds on a per-lesson (weekly) basis. In no case will tuition be reimbursed once 60% of a class session is completed.

Software access fees are only refunded on the basis of calendar months. In other words, if a student is enrolled in an online session beginning in January and cancels in February, they will be charged two months ($50) software access fees.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT FOR CLINICAL PROGRAMS:   All policies regarding reimbursement processes as noted above apply here.

Classes requiring daily attendance, i.e. short sessions on-site that are less than 30 days in duration: If cancellation is not received on or prior to the first day of class, pro-rated refunds will be provided based on the date a written withdrawal letter is posted to the School, as verified by faculty, once class begins. Students will be charged or refunded on a the basis of how many hours of the program have been completed of the total hours of instruction for the program.

There will be no refund if notice is posted to the school once 60% of any session has elapsed, whether classes were attended or not. Phone calls will not suffice; cancellation must be in writing. Also be sure to read your Enrollment Agreement, catlogue and policy Manuals..
