| Why Choose Adizes Graduate School? Just ask our students! Adizes Graduate School is committed to creating an integral, broad, interdisciplinary theory base from which sustainable new ideas for the enhancement of organizational and societal growth can emerge. The school offers two important and completely unique subjects integrated throughout the degree programs: Adizes methodology, and Spiral Dynamics. Live public seminars in these subjects are offered each year. What are the Goals of the Ph.D. and Clinical Doctoral Programs? The goal of the online Degree Programs is to build new and sustainable models for managing change by exploring how change occurs across disciplines and cultures, searching for natural system designs and commonalities in change management on the individual, organizational and societal levels. The Ph.D. program is designed to enable degree candidates to develop their own model of managing change in its various manifestations through the analysis and critical examination of existing literature and methods in science, philosophy, and the humanities, seeking commonalities. The Clinical Doctoral program, with three areas of specialization, trains practitioners to implement the long-proven Adizes method for facilitating organizational vitality - the ability of an organization to be both flexible and controlled, and the ability to manage ongoing evolution and transformation in an accelerated global environment without destructive conflict. Succinctly stated, the goal of the Clinical Programs is to train organizations to manage complexity. Adizes Graduate School is approved by: The degree programs online differ from traditional university programs in that they are not presented in a lecture/auditorium format. You will benefit from up-front focus, comprehensive feedback, and in-depth communication in small (3-10 person maximum), intensely directed courses or via independent tutorials. Communication online contains great depth, and requires extensive scholarly interaction and a time commitment of at least 15 hours per week per course. Are you ready? What are the online classes like? Participate in a lively, interactive Web-based graduate seminar that is always available to fit your
professional schedule! There is no software to download or buy. You will be guided by faculty with extensive experience in designing and delivering a graduate program over the Internet. Faculty are active facilitators, bringing informed perspectives to bear on world issues that you, your institutions, and your societies face.
