November 23, 2009: This date marks the occasion that the first Spiral Dynamics Level 1 Certification course will be offered online. Dr. Don E. Beck has authorized Darrell Gooden, a regular presentor of Adizes concepts at the Level 2 seminars in Santa Barbara, to teach the Certification course for small groups in an intensive 8-week class using asynchronous dialogue. Dr. Beck will personally sign Certificates for students who complete this Level 1 course.
Darrell also has Lean Six Sigma certification and is West Coast Supervisor for the LSS college. IMPORTANT NOTE: All participants will be required to complete a 90 minute self-guided software training between Tuesday and Wednesday, November 17-18th, which is REQUIRED for admission to the online course. GRADUATE STUDENTS AT AGS: Enrolled Students at AGS will earn Graduate Credit in this Level 1 module. Your final paper will be reviewed by Dr. Beck. Two additional modules, Level 2 (live with Dr. Beck in Santa Barbara, California) and the final Synthesis module (online) are required to complete the 5-credit course.
